On November 23, 2020, PJM submitted its station power compliance filing to FERC. Multiple parties filed comments and protests to PJM\'s compliance filing. Parties have re-appealed the order regarding electric storage resources. Federal and state environmental laws historically have become more stringent over time. In September 2017, the EPA agreed to reconsider the rule. NRG may be dependent on its co-venturers to operate such projects.
