We have a set of strict quality guidelines covering all products we sell. xa0; ■ Bulk Food. We only offer naturally raised or organic meat products. We stock approximately 300 titles in each store’s book department. We expect our suppliers to comply with industry best practices for food safety. xa0; Store Management and Staffing. These suppliers range from small independent businesses to multi-national conglomerates. xa0; 10 Table of Contents Culture and Engagement. They also compete with us for products and locations. The duration and severity of the recession are unknown at this time. xa0; We may not be able to open new stores on schedule or operate them successfully. In the event of any future decrease, the price of our common stock could decline. Such temporary store closures could affect multiple stores at the same time. xa0; Perishable food product losses could materially impact our results of operations. We could face union organizing activities at other locations. We are not party to any long-term contracts for the supply of paper.
